Bollywood sexy seductress, Urmila Matondkar, was born on February 4, 1974 in Mumbai, India. She began her acting career as a child artist with 1983 released flick Masoom. She made her debut as a lead actress with the movie Chamatkar in which she starred opposite Shahrukh Khan. After that she collaborated with Ram Gopal Verma and worked in his movie titled Rangeela, which proved out to be her first big hit.

Then she worked in some other projects of Ramu as well such as Daud, Satya, Mast etc. She became a renowned actress after starring in RGV’s supernatural thriller Bhoot opposite Ajay Devgan. She also played a powerful role in the fast paced thriller titled Ek Hasina Thi. Her power packed performance in the movie was higly appreciated by the audiences. She also worked in several other movies outside RGV’s camp such as Judaai, Pinjar, Tehzeeb etc.

Later she tried her hand with another horror flick titled Naina. However, the movie failed to do well at the box office. But her next film Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara in which she enacted opposite ace actor Anupam Kher, managed to gain praised by the people. She also performed some big hit item number including ‘ Chamma Chamma ‘ from China Gate and ‘ Mehbooba mehbooba ‘ of Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag. Right now she is busy in the shooting of the remake of yesteryear hit Karz.
