When it comes to choreography, there are few bigger names in the industry than Vaibhavi Merchant. She was last seen as a judge of a dance reality show. Now she will be in Kuala Lumpur for The Merchants of Bollywood, which is an Australian musical, choreographed by her. Toby Gough has written the musical. The musical has been performing around the world for about five years now. The musical will go on floors from 14 of July in Kuala Lumpur.

She is hoping to fly down friend Shahrukh Khan to Malaysia for the inaugural performance. Having SRK on the show will surely help boost up the sales or even make the show a sell out as he has a large base of fans over there that will be dying to get a glimpse of their favorite superstar. SRK was recently honored with stats of Datuk by the Malaysian government which is the highest honor given to a person in Malaysia.

It is similar to the knighthood offered in England. He is the only actor who has been honored with the title of a Datuk. The musical consists of 48 songs from the Bollywood movies. The 53 artistes who will be part of the performance will go through 1200 costume changes and will make use of 2500 different pieces of jewellery.

The musical is a kind of semi-autobiography of the life of Vaibhavi who says that the musical will always remain very close to her heart. She says that the musical tells that dreams do come true, as was the case with her.
