There was some controversy around the movie Jashn recently as to how Mahesh Bhatt was not happy when he saw the first cut of the movie. Then he decided it to take it upon himself to revive the movie. All that later turned out to be false. Raksha Mistry and Hasnain Hyderabadwala who have directed the movie say that Vishesh films is a big happy family where there are people who are always willing to help. Mohit Suri seems to have shot the music videos for the movie given his success with them.

There were some high emotion scenes in the movie, which needed the expertise of Mahesh Bhatt that is when decided to go to him and ask for help as he has experience with them as he did some great work in movies like Janam and Saraansh. The director duo has worked with the Bhatt camp before also in movies like The Killer and The Train. Both the movies did reasonably well at the box office.

They say that this movie is different in the sense that it has a completely original script. Their earlier movie The Killer was inspired from the Hollywood flick Collateral, which starred in it Tom Cruise .The movie is about celebrating life. All of us try to be somebody else in our daily lives and this movie is about that thing.

Another thing that will be different in this movie will be male lead. In both of their earlier movies, they had Emraan Hashmi playing the male lead. So why did they go with Adhyayan Suman in this one. They say they were looking for a fresh face and a younger guy to play the role. It turns out that it was Emraan who suggested the name of Adhyayan.
