Salman Khan got the better of Vivek Oberoi in the incident they had when Vivek called up the entire media in the middle of the night claiming that Salman had made threatening calls to him. Vivek has been the one who has lost more in this battle with Salman. From being the fastest rising starts in the industry, he has gone on to become a backbencher who is still hoping that his time is yet to come when he actually might have passed that point.

He has even tried to patch up with Salman but that also does not seem to be working, as Salman has never hidden his feelings for Vivek and to say the least he is not in his good books. Now what Vivek is trying is to try not to bump into Salman and keep distance from him. He has been for quite some time trying to evade him and the fact was clearly visible at the 25th wedding anniversary celebration of Ramesh Taurani.

The part was held on 11 august and Vivek seemed to have planned his entry and exit into the party. As soon as Salman made his entry, Vivek left in a rush. His driver was waiting outside for him with the car and while he was getting in the car he was asked whether he was escaping Salman, he said that he had no idea what they were talking about.

He had a mischievous grin on his face after he gave the reply. He might regret the decision to take on Salman when he is alone and more so when he sees the new breed of actors taking his place as the rising stars in the industry.
