Aamir Khan expressed his happiness when Roger Feeder finally won the French Open at the Roland Garros. That was the only major grand slam that had evaded him for so long. After being made to wait for a few years by Rafael Nadal he was finally able to get his hands on the trophy when he had an early exit to the tournament. With the victory he went on become only the sixth man to have won all the four grand slams.

He was presented the trophy with the last man who managed the feat Andre Agassi. He also managed to equal the long-standing record of 14 grand slams of Pete Sampras. With this one, some people have already declared him the greatest player to hold the tennis racket until date. Now Aamir on his blog recently expressed the similarity between him and the Swiss champion.

The common thing between them is the tears that roll down after tasting success of defeat. Who can forget the scene at the Australian Open final last year when Roger Federer wept after he was defeated in the finals. This time round the tears were due to the joy of victory. Aamir confessed on his blog how he stars to weep when his movie does well or on the contrary when it fails at the box office.

He also said that Federer is a great in his own right but all the other champions were tough to beat in their own days and that they should not be compared. One more thing common between them is the drive to achieve perfection.
