Bollywood drama movie, Y.M.I Yeh Mera India, directed by N. Chandra was released on August 28, 2009. The movie starred Parvin Dabas and Smiley Suri in lead roles while Seema Biswas, Sarika, Rajit Kapoor, Purab Kohli, Milind Gunaji, Perizaad Zorabian, Sayaji Shinde, Rajpal Yadav, Atul Kulkarni and Veerendra Saxena also played important characters in the film. The hit melodious music of the movie was directed by music director Alok De while the songs were rendered by Kay Kay etc.

The movie is about the status of our country in today’s time. The movie revolves around the different peoples who are somehow relates to each other. The movie starts with a rich businessman named Arun Talreja ( Rajit Kapoor ), who is living a wealthy lifestyle alongwith his wife and a teenage daughter, Tanvi. Arun is fond of girls and womens and often get physical with them. He has some problems with an underworld don, ( Milind Gunaji ), who hires a guy named Noor ( Vijayraaz ) to kill him. Arun reveals about it and decides to take help from police officer, Chandrakant ( Sayaji Shinde ).

Rajit tries to molest his employee, ( Smiley Suri ) in office but she manage to escape from there. She tells her boyfriend, Jatin ( Purab Kohli ) about it and asks him for the marriage. Jatin asks her for sometime as he needs to take permission of his father for it. On the otherhand, a poor guy ( Rajpal Yadav ) has just arrived in the city for finding some work. But everyone makes mockery of him and refuse to provide any job to him.
