Bollywood yeateryear hit action flick, Zehreela Insaan, directed by S. R. Puttana Kanagal and written by Laxmikant Sharma was released in the year 1974. The movie starred Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh in lead roles while Ratnamala, Nirupa Roy, Dulari, Moushami Chatterjee, Asit Sen, Raj Mehra, Ghanshyam Rohera, Madan Puri, Paintal and Iftekhar also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the music director Rahul Dev Burman while the songs were sung by Shailendra Singh, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Sapan Chakraborthy, Asha Bhonls etc.

The movie starts with a guy named Arjun Singh ( Rishi Kapoor ), who is avery good person at heart but is always misunderstood by people. He is considered as a very bad person by people. His life gets changed when he come across a beautiful girl named Aarti ( Moushami Chatterjee ). He falls in love with her and decides to get married with her. But Aarti’s parents refuse to gte their daughter married to him at any cost because of his bad image in the public. Aarti is forced to get married with someone else.

Heartbroken Arjun then takes alochol in a big way. He then come across with another beautiful girl named Margaret ( Neetu Singh ) and soon they both falls in love with each other. But little does Arjun knows is that his relationship with Margaret will bring him once again to his old love, Aarti.
